At Bharat One Way Taxi, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. Please review the details below.
You may cancel your booking at any time before the driver arrives at your pickup location without incurring any cancellation charges. We believe in flexibility and do not penalize customers for changes in their travel plans.
To cancel your booking, you can use any of the following methods:
Please provide your booking ID or registered phone number when requesting a cancellation so we can process it quickly.
Since most bookings with Bharat One Way Taxi do not require advance payment, refunds are generally not applicable. However, if you have made any advance payment for your booking, the following applies:
If the passenger is not available at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the passenger does not arrive or cannot be reached by phone within this period, the trip will be marked as cancelled.
In the case of a no-show, any advance payment made may be subject to deduction to cover the driver's travel to the pickup point. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
You can reschedule your trip free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Rescheduling requests can be made by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93420 46010. Rescheduled bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability at the new requested time.
In the rare event that a driver cancels your trip, Bharat One Way Taxi will make every effort to arrange an alternate vehicle at the same fare. If we are unable to provide an alternate vehicle, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by driver-side cancellations and strive to minimize such occurrences.
If a trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond anyone's control, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided. No cancellation charges will apply in such situations.
