Sedan Rs.13/km, Etios Rs.14/km, SUV Rs.18/km, Innova Rs.19/km, Innova Crysta Rs.25/km. Driver bata Rs.300 per day. Inter-state permits and tolls at actual. Monthly billing with NET-30 terms (negotiable).
Sedan and Etios suit daily business commutes and short airport runs. Innova/Crysta for client pickups and 5+ passenger groups. SUV for outstation conference travel with luggage.
How do we set up a corporate account?
Email bharatonewaytaxi@gmail.com or call +91 93420 46010 with your company GSTIN, billing address, and expected monthly trip volume. We set up the account within 48 hours with credit-term options (NET-15/30).
Can multiple employees book under one account?
Yes. We issue a corporate booking code; employees use it via app, WhatsApp or phone. Each trip is tagged to the originating employee for the audit log.
Is GST invoice provided per trip or monthly?
Both. Per-trip GST invoice on request; consolidated monthly invoice by default with a line-by-line trip breakdown.
What is the GST rate on taxi services?
Currently 5% under the radio taxi services classification. Verify with your CA — this can change with GST council notifications.
Do you offer dedicated drivers for monthly contracts?
Yes. For high-volume corporate accounts (>50 trips/month) we can assign dedicated drivers to your account. Discuss terms with your account manager.
How are cancellations handled?
Free cancellation before driver dispatch. Once dispatched, a small distance reimbursement applies. Cancellation rules are documented in the corporate agreement.
