For 8–12 passengers, Force Traveller is the most economical. For longer trips (>500 km) or older passengers, Traveller Royale or Super offer better seat ergonomics. For weddings/VIP groups, ask about the Luxury 17-seater with reclining seats.
How many people fit in a Tempo Traveller?
12, 14 or 17-seater configurations. The 12-seater is the most popular for family trips. 17-seater is the maximum capacity for road tourism in South India.
Is there enough luggage space?
All Travellers have a rear luggage compartment + roof carrier. A 12-seater comfortably carries 12 mid-size suitcases.
Can we hire just for a one-way drop?
Yes — minimum 250 km. Smaller trips are inefficient for vehicle positioning; we recommend round-trip or multi-day for Tempo Traveller hires.
What about hill stations like Ooty or Munnar?
Tempo Traveller handles ghat roads with experienced drivers. Slightly longer travel time than sedan/Innova; expect 3.5 hours Coimbatore → Ooty instead of 2.5.
Can we have multiple pickup points?
Yes — up to 4 pickup stops within the origin city are included. Beyond that, additional Rs.300 per extra stop.
Is there a child seat option?
On request we provide one booster seat free. Additional seats at Rs.200 each for the trip. Request at least 24 hours in advance.
