Welcome to Bharat One Way Taxi. By booking a ride or using our services through our website, phone, or mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Service Description

Bharat One Way Taxi provides one-way taxi, drop taxi, and outstation cab services across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. We connect passengers with verified drivers operating AC vehicles for intercity and airport transfer trips. Our service is designed to offer affordable, one-way fare pricing so you only pay for the distance you travel.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings can be made through our website, by calling +91 93420 46010, via WhatsApp, or through our mobile application. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with your driver and vehicle details.

Payment is collected after the trip is completed. You may pay the driver directly in cash or via UPI. No advance payment is required for standard bookings. The fare quoted at the time of booking is the base fare; tolls, parking charges, and applicable state permits are additional and payable by the passenger.

3. Fare Structure

Fares are calculated on a per-kilometre basis. The rate varies depending on the vehicle type selected (Sedan, SUV, or Innova). The fare includes the base per-km charge for the one-way distance. The following charges are additional and borne by the passenger:

• Toll charges (as per actuals at toll plazas)
• Parking fees at airports, hotels, or restricted zones
• State permit charges for interstate trips (if applicable)
• Driver bata (allowance) of Rs.300 for trips exceeding 300 km one-way distance

The final fare is communicated at the time of booking. Any additional charges will be clearly mentioned before trip commencement.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip.
• Luggage is limited to what can be reasonably accommodated in the vehicle boot. Excess or oversized luggage must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Carrying illegal goods, hazardous materials, or contraband in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• All passengers must wear seatbelts throughout the journey as required by law.
• Passengers are expected to treat the driver and the vehicle with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted.

5. Vehicle and Driver Information

All vehicles in our network are air-conditioned and maintained to ensure passenger comfort and safety. Our drivers are verified, hold valid commercial driving licenses, and are experienced in intercity travel.

Please note that the actual vehicle assigned for your trip may differ from the image shown on the website, but it will always match the category you selected (Sedan, SUV, or Innova). Vehicle details and driver contact information are shared with you upon booking confirmation.

6. Liability Limitations

Bharat One Way Taxi acts as an intermediary connecting passengers with independent driver partners. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure safe and timely service, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic congestion, road conditions, or weather
• Route detours taken by the driver for passenger safety or due to road closures
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Delays or cancellations arising from events beyond our control (force majeure)

We strongly recommend passengers keep their valuables with them at all times during the trip.

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
