Fare structure
Volume discounts on bulk bookings. Each vehicle billed at standard rate (Sedan Rs.13/km, SUV Rs.18/km, Innova Rs.19/km, Crysta Rs.25/km). For events with 10+ vehicles, ask for the volume rate (typically 5-10% off). Driver bata Rs.300/day per vehicle. Call +91 93420 46010 for a custom event quote.
For VIP delegate pickups: Crysta or Innova. Mid-tier delegates: Sedan or SUV. Group shuttles: Tempo Traveller 12-17 seater. Mix-and-match per event role.
How early should we book an event fleet?
For 10+ vehicles, ideally 2-3 weeks notice. For 5-10 vehicles, 1 week is fine. We can scale up to 50+ vehicles for large conferences with sufficient notice.
Can drivers wear formal attire / event-specific colour?
Yes — for premium events we coordinate driver dress code (business casual or formal). Mention at booking.
Is there a dedicated coordinator on-site?
For events with 15+ vehicles, yes — one of our dispatchers operates on-site to handle real-time changes (delegate no-shows, schedule shifts, last-minute pickups).
How does billing work for multi-day events?
Single consolidated GST invoice issued at event end. Daily trip logs available for verification. Corporate accounts get NET-15/30 terms.
Can we get GPS tracking dashboards for all vehicles?
For large events we provide an aggregated tracking link showing all vehicles on one map. Event ops can monitor in real time.
What about driver food and accommodation for multi-day events?
Standard bata covers driver meals. For multi-day events outside the driver's city, accommodation is at the customer's arrangement or our partner-hotel rate (~Rs.1,000/night).
